Training methods

Axel Conseil offers a new approach to self-knowledge.
Physical motor skills tests replace written questionnaires.
By diagnosing our motor preferences in connection with our brain preferences, motor skills tests allow you to concretely feel your “natural” mode of functioning. They change the understanding of oneself and others, and directly entail acceptance of differences.
These tests are carried out in the training room, without difficulty or particular conditions.

Interactive facilitating makes it possible to personalize exchanges.
Video sequences illustrate essential points.
Simulations and participatory workshops throughout the training allow you to experiment and anchor good practices.

We define with you a post-training action plan.

Each participant receives operational documentation.

Evaluation methods

Assessment of satisfaction
  • Evaluation questionnaire on training day
  • Distanced debriefing session with the organizer (telephone meeting)

Evaluation of acquired knowledge
  • Practical cases
  • Questionnaires
