The Axel approach

We are all athletes

At work, when leading a corporate team or when competing as an athlete, no process can respond to all challenges. Societal, environmental and competitive contexts are by nature unpredictable, constantly evolving, and they require optimal adaptation.

Better perception for better action
Adapting to any situation begins with perceiving it as it presents itself. But each person perceives in their own specific way, unconsciously.
Your brain thinks, your body knows
All our interventions start with a workshop allowing you to discover your motor and perception dynamics. These innate dynamics vary with each individual. It constitutes a complete system of natural resources. This first step then allows participants to identify thei strengths on which they can rely to engage each professional situation in a more fluid and efficient manner: communication, leadership, transformations, crisis management, etc. As a team, it opens up avenues to better complete each other.

Your resources are limiless – not your energy!
This observation also allows participants to identify their effort zones and to understand why adapting to certain situations costs more energy. Within a team, it provides a different understanding of the causes confusion and unexpected levers for collaboration.
Situation - perception - action
Our approach places the situation at the center and developing individual and collective perceptions. We believe that in work or leadership situations as well as in competition, there is no infallible, ready-to-use technique to achieve your objectives. There are only situations to be resolved, as best as possible, with the resources available at the time. As our customers attest, no typical technique withstands the test of the field for long. Societal, environmental and competitive contexts are by nature unpredictable. and require permanent adaptation.
